Danish police at Copenhagen Airport ordered a 32-year-old man and his friend off an aircraft heading for Malaga, Spain after he was overheard talking about a bomb. The man was reportedly briefly detained yesterday (15 February) after being overheard asking his friend if he had remembered his bomb. The police were contacted by the cabin crew and Per Riddervold, a police spokesman, said that the comment was meant as a joke, but such jokes are not made these days. According to The Associated Press the fear of terrorism has increased in Denmark after attacks against Danish embassies and threats against Danes due to fury over the Prophet Muhammad caricatures first published in a Danish newspaper.
