Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia said on Thursday (9 February) that it had signed an agreement with Greek mobile operator Cosmote for the supply of a WCDMA 3G radio network. Under the agreement Nokia would deliver WCDMA 3G radio access network infrastructure, and an extensive range of services including delivery, implementation, project management and care, as well as other support services. The system continues to be supported by the Nokia NetAct solution, which supports both 2G and 3G networks. No financial information was provided.
