There have been negotiations between the regional newspapers Adresseavisen, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Fædrelandsvennen and Stavanger Aftenblad regarding a possible integration on the owner side. The ambition is to form a leading media group listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Yesterday, the board of directors of Schibsted ASA gave a mandate in order for the company to continue its negotiations with the regional newspapers regarding such a possible integration on the owner side.
