The Swedish bearings and seals manufacturer SKF announced on Monday (24 April) that it has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of the shares of Norwegian industrial maintenance company RC DEI Norge AS.
The seller is AGR Group.
RC DEI Norge provides condition-based maintenance services to the oil and gas industry on the continental shelf of the North Sea. The company is based in Stavanger and has an annual turnover of approximately NOK12m.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.08 British pounds (GBP).
