Stork Aerospace selected to manufacture additional electrical wiring package for Boeing 73

In September 2005, Boeing and Fokker Elmo reached a major breakthrough signing the contract for its first electrical wiring and junction box work package. The program progress and successful work transition on this first work package helped pave the way for this additional work package for Fokker Elmo. The manufacturing operations for most of both packages will take place at Fokker Elmo's subsidiary in China.

President of Fokker Elmo, Mr. Jan Lagasse stated: "We are very excited about this follow-on agreement with Boeing Commercial Airplanes and are proud that our successful co-operation in the current program was recognized in Boeing's decision to expand our working relationship. The extension of this relationship recognizes the dedication and commitment of the entire team of Boeing and Fokker Elmo employees. Fokker Elmo is the center of excellence for electrical systems within Stork Aerospace, operating with facilities in the Netherlands, North America and China.
