The Swedish private equity group Sveafastigheter said on Thursday (27 April) that its funds Sveafastigheter Sverige I and Sveafastigheter Fund II have acquired an 81,000 square metre office property in Stockholm, Sweden.
The property, which houses the energy group Vattenfall's Nordic head office, was acquired from German company IVG for SEK725m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
