The Danish IT group Topnordic A/S said on Tuesday (25 April) that it has agreed to sell its desktop management product M-Net to Danware A/S.

Danware has agreed to pay DKK25m in cash for M-Net and in addition Topnordic has agreed to allocate DKK35m for Danware products over the next three years.

Topnordic's Swedish unit on Tuesday also announced a two-year agreement for network and communications infrastructure with the county administration of Vastra Gotaland in Sweden. The agreement, which can be extended by two years, covers deliveries and services to the Sahlgrenska university hospital.

Topnordic is part of the Norway-based pan-Nordic Ementor group.

One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
